It’s really simple and very fast to prepare.

• • Slice your favorite Taverrite’s Italian sausage at a angle in bite size pieces
  • Create your salad with any of your favorite salad ingredients. Make it your own salad fiesta. I love to add whatever I have available: garbanzo beans, hearts of artichoke, scallions and pecans. In this picture I had an ripe pear, so I sliced it and voila. The sweetness of the pear and slight spiciness of the Taverrite’s Mild links work great together.
  • Add a few thin slices of pecorino cheese to add another flavor level.
