Because Taverrite’s Sausage is pre-cooked you’ll want to start with the peppers and onions. Add a little olive oil to your pan, cook those until they’re soft and the onions are translucent.
Then add sliced Taverrite’s sausage to this mixture.
Continue to cook for another 7-10 minutes until the sausage is heated through.
Put this combination on your favorite roll and add a slice of provolone cheese over the sausage mixture.
Place the roll on a flat cookie sheet and put under the broiler until the cheese is melted and the roll is slightly toasted. That’s it. They are ready to serve. Enjoy
